Returns Policy

Please contact us prior to returning any items and we will advise you of the next step.
All orders returned must be returned in the original packaging or packaged adequately ensuring that the items cannot damage each other.
Once received and inspected to ensure they are in a re-saleable condition the refund will then be processed, if we have been notified prior to the return.
Specialised engraved or personalised items cannot be returned unless the issue is caused by Edwin Blyde.
Should there be a problem on our behalf, we will do our best to rectify the problem in the most cost effective way.
Please note that we have a returns policy of 7 days, starting from the date you receive your order.
